World markets dive as Trump sparks trade, North Korea worries

Global stocks sank Wednesday after US President Donald Trump said he was not satisfied with talks that are aimed at averting a trade war with China. Equities were also dented by poor eurozone economic data, and as Trump cast doubt on a planned summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. “Trump (is) continuing to drive uncertainty over global trade,” said analyst Joshua Mahony at trading firm IG. “European markets are following their Asian counterparts lower, as a pessimistic tone from Trump is compounded by downbeat economic data,” he added. October 1 quit notice: Makarfi urges Igbos in the North not to panic.

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) caretaker committee, Ahmed Makarfi has urged the Igbos resident in the north not to flee the region because of the October 1 declaration by the northern youths, urging the Federal Government to immediately call for a meeting with leaders in the south east and north on how to promote the security, peace and tranquility in their areas. CAC Reviews Cost Of Business Registration, Says Now Cheaper.

The Registrar-General, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Mr. Bello Mahmud, said on Tesday in Abuja that the cost of business registration in Nigeria was now cheaper and its process simplified to enable small entrepreneurs to register their businesses. Muhmud announced this in a statement by Head, Public Affairs, CAC, Mr Godfrey Ike. Muhmud disclosed this while addressing the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Clinic. He said that with the Company Registration Portal (CRP), any member of the public could now register businesses on-line at the comfort of their homes and offices. “This has drastically reduced the registration cost hitherto charged by professional middlemen (Lawyers, Accountants and Chartered Secretaries), in the registration process. “Entrepreneurs who had already registered their businesses have the obligation to file Annual Returns with the Commission as and when due. ” Failure to file Annual Returns will result to striking-off of such defaulting entities on gr...

I Mistakenly Bought A Non-drivable Car

I mistakenly bought a non-drivable car toyota corolla with rear accident from one of the auction sites in the US. and I can't cancel it. After I clicked on buy now option I got an email from the site that my car is a none drivable. chaiii I went back to the site and confirmed as that. I am yet to make full payment though. Those with experience with buying the non-drivable cars what is your take on this? What were the issues with these types of cars? lalasticlala please help your sister for feedback from the experts.
