The governor of Missouri has been indicted and taken into custody for circulating photographs of his bound and partially nude lover, local media reported Thursday. Governor Eric Greitens was arrested Thursday afternoon on the first floor of Carnahan Courthouse in St Louis, according to an eyewitness report by a journalist from the St Louis Post-Dispatch. Greitens was charged with invasion of privacy which was apparently linked to media reports last month that he had allegedly threatened to transmit photographs of the woman with whom he was having an affair. Last Monday night was great for Nigerian footballers. The Nigerian Football Federation pulled out all the stops to put together an event to celebrate a sprinkle from a sea of great footballers that have represented Nigeria through the ages. Any way which way, the choice of the legends through all the generations is bound to generate some level of controversy. What blighted the whole exercise, however, was the unjustifiable decision to lump the two sexes together in the choice of legends in every position on the field of play. Donald Trump’s ex-campaign chief Paul Manafort secretly paid a group of former senior European politicians more than two million euros ($2.5 million) to lobby for Ukraine’s then-leader backed by Russia, US prosecutors have claimed.
